Last Week's Results:
Dublin Jerome started the game with a huge hit on Will Howard seconds after the opening puck drop. That set the tone on a day where the offense was stymied by a suffocating Jerome defense.
A power play goal late in the first period was all the scoring the Celtics needed on the day. For good measure, they added an insurance goal thanks to a breakaway with just over two minutes left in the game. Jack Jensen hit the post on a delayed penalty, but that's all the closer the Cardinals could get in this one. Goalie Dylan Bell held things in check by saving 27 of 29 shots.
